Documents: for statements, invoices, delivery notes and financial summaries such as balance sheets, are fully user-definable using the IDM. Data entry screens: are user-definable using the IDM. Additional data: entry options speed file maintenance tasks such as putting a customer on stop, changing stock item prices, specifying delivery addresses, etc. Text recall keys: allow you to define words or phrases which can be entered through a single key - e.g. "Payment - thank you" for sales ledger payments.
